Start Building Your Ideas in 2026
Happy New Year! I’m wishing you an amazing 2026.
To be honest and frank with you, 2026 will give birth to a lot of founders and startups, and I don’t mean just AI founders. I mean people with ideas that want to build something but cannot yet afford to, and that’s good news.
One of the biggest advantages today is that building your product has become way easier, you don’t even need a huge team. I, for example, work with one social media manager, one community manager, one operations manager, and one engineer. That’s a total of four people, myself included makes five great minds.
And these five people are handling everything we build at TPCo. Right now, we’re focused on PASTE, and it’s been an amazing experience so far. But this note to you isn’t about what we’re building; it’s about how you too can start building your ideas easily, quickly, and without major drawbacks. Even if you don’t have the funds yet, you can start on your own and build a perfect MVP that scales.
I want to share the tools we use at PASTE, from building to management, to automation. Majority of these tools are free, and even their pro plans are worth paying for. Here’s the breakdown:
- Code Editor: We use Google Antigravity and Cursor for building and updating our products and systems. These editors are fast, intuitive, and allow us to collaborate seamlessly. You can write, test, and iterate on your code without a heavy local setup.
- Market Research: For market research and validation, we rely on Perplecity and ChatGPT. They help us understand trends, potential competitors, and customer pain points. I’ve also heard Gemini is excellent for more advanced market research. These tools allow you to validate ideas before spending too much time or money.
- Writing Assistant: We use ChatGPT and Claude for drafting copy, emails, and documentation. They save a lot of time and help maintain a consistent tone across all communications.
- Server Setup and Bug Fixing: Claude helps us manage server configurations, troubleshoot errors, and fix bugs quickly. It’s like having a virtual dev assistant that keeps your systems running smoothly.
- Design Tools: For design, we use Figma, Canva, and Affinity, plus Google Whisk for generating images. These tools let us create professional mockups, social media graphics, and visuals for the product without hiring a full design team.
- Email Marketing and Management: We use Brevo for email marketing campaigns and Zoho for official emails. Zoho is affordable and gives you five free official emails before charging, which is perfect for early-stage startups.
- Content Creation: ChatGPT and RecCloud help us create content, while Cal.com handles scheduling and management. These tools ensure your content is consistent and reaches the right audience at the right time.
- Team Management: We use Lark Suite to keep the team organized, track tasks, and collaborate efficiently.
- Automation: n8n is our automation tool of choice. If you’re not familiar with it yet, Zapier or Make are excellent alternatives. Automation allows you to reduce repetitive work and focus on building the product.
- Podcast & Audio Tools: For our podcast, we use Dolby for recording high-quality audio, Audacity for editing, and Adobe Audio Enhancer for final polishing. These AI-powered and professional tools allow us to produce content that sounds clean, engaging, and ready for our audience.
Nothing should stop anyone from building the ideas they have in mind. With these tools, a small team, and the right mindset, you can start building today. Be excited about scaling, learning, and growing your product. Remember, 2026 is full of opportunities for founders and builders; the only limit is how fast you start.

What do you think about a self-motivation tracker that helps tech bros stay accountable?
This tool would track productivity, set daily work goals, and send reminders when procrastination kicks in.
It could also integrate with your calendar and suggest personalized focus sessions based on past work patterns.
